I would give no stars if I could. They have scammed me for over a year now. Trapped in a contract which they claimed would be £15 a month for it to be charging me £58. I cannot get a refund & they refuse to answer calls. The company owe me over £500. DO NOT sign a contract with these people.

Absolute rip off. They didn’t reimburse me for my buy out from EE for 9 months after many calls. Even then they didn’t pay full amount.They sold me the deal based on £21.50 discount/month. This arrived after 3 later after numerous calls. They stopped the payments after 12 months, only paid 9 months and said the deal had come to an end and wanted £1500 to buy my way out.Do not touch.Mark
A true scam company, when you leave after your contract is up, they “ loose “ your company phone number hoping you go back cap in hand to retrieve it and sign a new contract .A new supplier can’t get your original land line number handed over to them. You can spend hours listening to music before they cut you off. Ombudsman informed. Illegal practices going on. No chance of refunds on overcharging. Avoid Avoid.
How bad can a communications company be run. With all new technology you still send letters out with We have been trying to get in touch with you about your account with us ? No specific reason to phone a number and when you do its pressing the keypad time, when you do answer it's we are busy and music which sounds like its on a cassette tape recorded back in the 70s. either the line goes dead or you sit there for 25 minutes waiting, this is not customers care. your prices since 2017 have increased so much your not even competitive in the marketplace you Automatically renew contracts in mid term ? i enquired when my contract was due to end i was told December 2024. I received a letter that it was in November 2024, 10 days after it was sent my list goes on and on the Company has changed its Name from Kinex to Clear Business but that does not make it perform any better . How can you bill a phone line for a full 31 days when a contract finished 21 days earlier. im so happy that i'm No longer with this provider if i could give you No Stars i would. further to my sorry state of affairs with this Company 3 Months down the line with a complaint of overcharging, i received money back but debit to my account that became a credit ? i'm still receiving Invoices for equipment and apps i haven't used since 9th November but they are taking the money from the money they owe Me just dont get involved with Clear business 3 months down the line and im still making phone calls and time wasted waiting for them to answer.
