EDIT: **Since writing this I have been in contact with King and they have refunded my money. I'm still less than confident about making in-game purchases via the browser version of the Pet Rescue Saga but I've since made a successful purchase on a mobile device. They deserve some stars for customer service.**I was charged 4 times in the Pet Rescue Saga game for the piggy bank feature. Each attempt at the purchase gave me an error message so I contacted King Games customer service. When I logged into my email account I discovered I'd received receipts for these purchases. My accounts (I tried multiple debit/credit cards and PayPal) had been successfully charged but I didn't receive the gold bars from the piggy bank. Someone from King's customer service did email me but the instructions were for a mobile device, I was playing on my PC. I wrote back that I was on PC, not a mobile device so what could be done. No reply. I tried again to contact customer service to ask about the additional 3 charges, even if they did give me the gold bars (still haven't received those) I was still out an additional 9 bucks (roughly). I've also tried tweeting them and posting on the help forum and haven't received any replies. Juice ain't worth the squeeze and I'm not going to make any in-game purchases from King again.
Knighthood is hands-down the best mobile RPG game ever made. They've managed to take turn base gameplay and make it fun which is a tremendous accomplishment . The graphics are excellent the story line is excellence and the gameplay is perfectly fluid if you love to play RPGs then you will love this game I guarantee it!! you have to grind a little here and there but it's very rewarding and satisfying. None of the other turn-based RPGs currently available come close to the level of cool that this game achieves.
They owe me $63.59 for a refund that they promised I would receive. I still have the email about the refund approval. However, I will never get this money back, ever. I finally just deleted the game and gave up. Beware of this company's shenanigans.
I've always gave Candy crush saga a 4 STAR,BUT IN THE PAST 2 WEEK'S I'VE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE RECEIVING LIVE'S FROM FRIEND'S ,AND AT FIRST IT STARTED OFF THAT KING WAS MAKING ME PLAY UNDER AN EMOJI WHERE I COULDN'T PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS N IT CHANGES YOUR HOLE GAME WHERE YOU DONT GET THESE FREE THINGS TO GET/TO USE ALSO..SO I GOT AHOLD OF KING THEY GOT ME OUT OF IT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO GET BACK INTO MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS.THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I GOT DOWN TO LIKE 8 TO 15 LIVE'S AND I'D ASK FOR LIVES SO I WOULDN'T RUN OUT.THEN I'D GO TO PLAY AGAIN AND I'D HAVE LIVE'S JUMP INTO 22,28,33,38,44 OR 47 T 54 NOW I'M UPTO 63 NOW I'M AT 67 ALL IN ACOUPLE NIGHTS I KEEP JUMPING TO ALL THESE BIG #S N I'M STILL AT ONLY 15,ONE TIME I HAD 16 LIVES THEN I PLAY IT SHOWED 13 LIVE'S AGAIN OR I'D B PLAYING LOOK UP AND I'D HAVE 22 LIVE'S I'D GO N LOOK IT WOULD BE PEOPLE ASKING FOR LIVE'S,I'D GIVE LIVE'S LOOK UP LATER I'D HAVE 27 N IT WAS 4 PEOPLE ASKING FOR LIVE'S,NOW IT'S 7 FRIEND'S ASKING FOR LIVE'S.I'VE WROTE KING SEVERAL TIMES AND ALMOST A WEEK LATER THEY WROTE ME BACK,PROBABLY BECUZ I WROTE IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES 3 TIMES,TELLING THEM OF MY EMOJI DEAL ALONG WITH THE EXTRA LIVE'S ECT AND THEN I WROTE SAYING OH I FORGOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE N I'D EXPLAIN IT ALL OVER AGAIN,SO IF ANYONE WRITES KING WRITE IN ONE NIGHT MORE THAN ONE N ADD WHAT YOU FORGOT ABOUT AND REPETE WHAT YOU WERE ASKING FOR THE OTHER HELP FOR.ITS RIDICULOUS HOW LONG I'VE BEEN WAITING CUZ THEY'VE SAID THEY'D HAVE IT FIXED,AN A GUY DID GET BACK TO ME 3 TIMES OR 4BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND IN GONNA WRITE THEM RITE NOW AN C IF THEY'LL CONTACT ME BACK OVER THIS ISSUE THAT I'VE HAD I KNO SEVERAL DAY'S B4 VALENTINE'S DAY SO THAT'S WELL OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND THEY HAVEN'T FIXED NOTHING ONE DAY THEY DID GIVE ME A FREE 24 HR OF FREE PLAYING THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE ABOUT THEY HAVE ME LIKE 8PM N I STARTED PLAYING AFTER MIDNIGHT AND BY 2AM I WAS STILL PLAYING N I REALIZED I HAD A INFINITY THING UP THERE.SO I WENT TO MY EMAIL N IT SHOWED ME THAT THEY GAVE ME ONE DAY FREE FOR 24 HRS T HELP ME SINCE I'D BEEN PLAYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH THEM STILL HAVING DIFFICULTY AND TEMPORARILY HAVING TROUBLE WITH THERE CANDY CRUSH SAGA..THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THEY'VE HELPED ME,,WHICH HAS BEEN SEVERAL DAYS NOW..!!! SO ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE ON CANDY CRUSH SAGA,WATCH OUT CUZ IT STILL NEEDS FIXED.! .
I have been accused of sending abusive messages . I don't send any messages , I keep myself to myself . I have been a member for 11 yrs and support have seen fit to believe this untrue allegation and can not evidence any wrong doing . I pride myself on honesty and respect for everyone so this has caused me undue stress . Support is totally ineffectual and don't realise that by not believing me and doing their job by investigating they are endorsing the bad behaviour of a player that likes to cause trouble by telling lies .
This company has absolutely NO interest in the customers satisfaction.I used to play Candy crush (all), farm heros, bubble witch, and more, but when I began having technical problems I quit. I sent an email for help because the issue wasn't addressed in QA. Automated response was totally unrelated to the issue and it was quite evident that no human was involved. I called. Same thing. I sent another email. This time voicing my frustration. 2 months went by with no response. I deleted all my King games and will not recommend them to anyone. They can pay the big bucks for actors in ads but can't worry about the money I lost or whether or not you have a problem.
Very disappointing! Account locked for almost a week now, unable to finish tournaments and diploma. Asking the question why the account is locked there was one reply only stating they'll need to carry out a security check and asked for passport copy. Sent the same day and never heard back, no acknowledgement, no answer, no way to raise a complaint either. Unacceptable. Got hocked by the welcome bonus and made another deposit with bonus and now have over £100 frozen in my locked account and no idea when or if this will be resolved. Very quick in taking your money and very complicated in getting it back. Should have read the small print, you'll have to turn over 4 x the welcome bonus to be able to withdraw, which would probably take a lifetime, given they'll ever unlock my account. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, strongly recommend to play for fun only (if at all) and never deposit money.
