I found $16.95/month on my bank acct from KING SIZE. Just got off the phone with them. Anyone who has done business with them, you need to check your bank account immediately. So many are probably getting scammed too. If you sign up for their rewards, you'll be billed.
Who, or what office can we report this scam to? It needs to stop and this should be a Class Action Suit!

Extremely Disappointed – Deceptive PracticesThis company has gone downhill fast. The clothing quality is nowhere near what it used to be. What’s worse—they’ve been charging me a $16.95/month membership I never knowingly signed up for. There was no clear indication of any membership during my single purchase in October 2024, yet I’ve now been charged $186.45.When I finally called customer service to request a refund, the rep immediately knew why I was calling, put me on hold, and a manager issued the refund without hesitation. That tells me everything—they know exactly what they’re doing. This is bad business, plain and simple. I will never purchase from them again.
I discovered I’ve been charged $16.95 every month since December 2024 for the King Size Direct Rewards program — something I never knowingly signed up for. The only “enrollment” I can imagine was clicking a “free rewards / free shipping” offer while checking out on their website. There was no clear disclosure that it was a paid program, and no reminder when the charges began or renewal charges.Buyer beware — the “free rewards” isn’t actually free, and you may be enrolled in a recurring $16.95/month program without clear consent.
SO I MADE A PURCHASE FOR SHOES FOR MY SON AND SPENT $108 AND THEN TWO DAYS LATER TOLD THE ORDER CANCELLED AND WAS GIVEN TWO 25% COUPONS SUPPOSEDLY TO USE IN THE NEXT 5 DAYS OKAY SO IM FIRST WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED WHICH IM THINKING OKAY MAY TAKE 7-10 DAYS SO OKAY ILL USE THESE COUPONS FOR THE 25% OFF WHERE THIS TIME I MADE A PURCHASE FOR $84 OKAY I THINK THE SO CALLED 25% WAS TAKEN OFF BUT THEN JUST TWO DAYS AGO I WAS NOW TOLD AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED NOW MIND U I AM NOW OWED $192 PLUS DOLLARS BUT THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT STILL BUT CANCELLED MY ORDER THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE SEEN AND I HOPE THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AS IM GOING TO BBB AS WELL BECAUSE THIS IS JUST WRONG TO BE TAKEN PEOPLE'S MONEY
I was charged $16.95 in July and August (caught it on new charge in August) for something called Kingsize Rewards. I never opted into this. Many comments online show the same. It apparently is a pre-checked box in a previous purchase. This is very unethical. Will not buy from them again. Great way to ruine a reputation.
If I could give KING SIZE a minus one billion, I would. What a HORRIBLE company to deal with! I not only had problems with their shipping costs and finally had to go thru the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, but this month I discovered a charge for $16.95 for a "membership" that I never took out. What a fraudulent company! I had to go through my credit card company to report the fraud. KING SIZE is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with!
Placed an order for polo shirts for work and was told I qualified for free shipping. I didn't realize that I was being charged shipping on each item and not on one lump shipment. I was charged for shipping anyway. Was directed to request reimbursement through proof of purchase. "Free Shipment" caps out at $17. On top of that, auto-enrolled me in a rewards program they want to charge monthly for. Then, put my order on backorder. Absolute scam.
Wow! Don’t ever order from this company. Back orders galore, charging multiple times for an order, asking for a refund automatically signs you up for a membership. Trying to cancel and refund is impossible. On the last call I was told to call back in 3 hours. I did and they have blocked calls from my area code. Had to contact credit card company for a dispute.
