Very disappointed with my recent purchase after not buying from here for a couple of years. The dress looks nothing like the picture. There were no pleats on the hips, which was unexpected. It seems they have used a stolen image and failed to replicate it.

Even if I returned the dress, after paying for shipping and a restocking fee, it would feel like I paid for the dress twice. They also offered a mere 20% back to keep it, which felt insulting. Regarding the dress, while the style was lovely, the sizing was inconsistent. My measurements matched their chart, yet the dress fit oddly. I couldn’t exchange in time for my event, so I had to wear something from my closet instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company unless you are completely sure you want to keep the item.
