Amazing customer service, and beautiful jewellery. The team has gone above and beyond to help fix a faulty item without even being asked! Really impressed with both the product and the customer service.
I ordered two necklaces. Upon arrival, one was perfect while the other had a letter facing backwards. Since this was a gift, I reached out to the service multiple times to request a replacement, but I haven't received any response, which is quite disappointing.
Follow-up on my earlier review. Even though the company claimed they had resolved the issue and that my order was on its way, nothing arrived for Christmas, and the status still indicates it hasn’t been shipped. Now they are advertising Boxing Day sales with 40% discounts. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. I will be filing a report with the relevant authorities and notifying our bank about this scam. I hope to secure a refund. This is incredibly disappointing, especially during the holiday season.
I ordered a necklace more than three weeks before Christmas. There was no indication on the website that it ships from Australia; had I known, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They claim to guarantee fast shipping to the UK, which turned out to be false. My Christmas gift plans are ruined, and the customer service has been unresponsive to my complaints.
My wife placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 10th, paying extra for transit protection and express shipping. There has been no update on the tracking, and after multiple emails, calls, and texts, they finally responded with the same generic excuse about being overwhelmed in December. Meanwhile, they continue to advertise on social media, claiming orders will arrive by Christmas. I strongly advise against using their services. One of their marketing representatives even made a video about how their products provide 'main character energy.' It feels like a bunch of unremarkable individuals to me. If we don't receive the gift before Christmas as promised, I will escalate the issue to the relevant authorities.
The team at the company exemplifies what great customer service should be. The products are lovely, and if you encounter any issues with your items, they will do everything possible to ensure you have a positive experience.
Very disappointing experience with low quality. The earrings broke immediately after I took them out of the packaging. I’ve never experienced such unhelpful customer service. It felt like I was being given the runaround, with multiple emails taking days or even a week for replies. It seemed intentional to frustrate me into giving up. I placed two orders—one I paid $45 to return with tracking, yet I received incorrect information stating I couldn't return the earrings, despite having returned a ring they confirmed was returnable. Ultimately, I received a partial refund that was also incorrect, and they remain unresponsive. Poor product and even worse service. Save your money and look elsewhere.
