I purchased a bundle in late 2025 for my vehicle. The device arrived faulty right away: no power LED lights up (their documentation indicates it’s likely defective). Although Bluetooth detects it, the firmware update fails repeatedly. I spent a whole day troubleshooting, but the device remains unusable. After contacting support, I received slow replies and irrelevant requests. Once I inquired about a refund under consumer rights, they went silent and ignored my follow-ups. The company has known issues with their devices and provides terrible support when you assert your rights. I had to initiate a chargeback to recover my funds. I advise against purchasing from this company due to faulty hardware and lack of accountability.

To perform a simple sensor reset, you must buy a one-year plan at an additional cost, which is quite high! There are much cheaper alternatives for diagnostics. For more significant changes, opt for a more reliable solution that doesn’t require a yearly payment. I plan to sell mine second-hand after using it only once.
