We have purchased two products from Kipli -- the winter duvet and the 4-season duvet. We love the winter duvet. The 4-season duvet simply does not work. It's supposed to be two pieces that snap together if you want to use them both or unzip when it's warmer. But they do not stay snapped together and the pieces fall into the duvet cover at the bottom of your bed.
Yes the mattress is excellent and very comfortable, but the service was really bad.Because of a problem with the carrier (they lost the mattress in Italy), they had to send it again, and the mattress only arrived home after more than a month.The customer service was at all times insufficient.I had to contact both the carrier and the company, and try to understand what had happened.Sometimes they would take long time to answer or not answer my emails at all.I had to use Kipli's Spanish customer phone number, since they don't even provide one for Portuguese customers.Overall I had to spend a lot of time to coordinate with both the carrier and Kipli, and only after writing 2 negative reviews they finally compensated for the experience with a free mattress protector (which, I have to say, is very good quality, as well as the mattress).
We ordered the Luca bed. Delivered within 10 days. So far so good. Bed is extremely noisey, creaky and also very light (so moves easily if you walk against it). For us the sleeping comfort was very low and not worth the 1000€+ price. We decided to return it. Despite Kipli making ads for free returns on Google (which also mentioned the bed below the slogan for free returns) they want to charge over 200€ in return fees. This is not visible anywhere on the website. Company does not respect Dutch consumer law.
I purchased a mattress from Kipli two years ago and have loved it. Recently, I encountered a defect and contacted their customer service. They promptly replaced it within a few days after I sent pictures. Special thanks to Nadia, the customer success rep, for her attentive and helpful service. Kipli’s excellent product quality and exceptional customer service have made me a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!
Communication and delivery were flawless and on time. Mattress and pillows had a slight smell (which is natural and normal) only during the very first days of use. Mattress is great even though we‘re probably too lightweight (50 and 60 Kg). Pillows are awesome. We definitely recommend both and might come back for the new topper. Only downside: this thing is heavy!
