Delivery took an incredibly long time. The packaging was damaged, and the quality was shockingly poor. The item was wrapped in cheap tape, and the plastic base feels extremely flimsy. This clearly reflects the lowest standard possible. I suspect the positive reviews are not genuine. My negative review seems to be missing from their site. The support team is unresponsive, and returns are only accepted for damaged items and at my own shipping cost. Overall, this is just unacceptable.

Do not order from them. The quality is the worst type of products that can be produced and sold to unsuspecting customers. The moment I opened the box, I realized the poor quality and then found out that returns were not an option. It's better to shop locally.
This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered several items, and the shipment took over three weeks. When it finally arrived, the tree didn't light up, and the glass was cracked. A total scam! When I contacted support, the representative was friendly initially, but I never heard back. They claim to be a small business from Canada but are selling low-quality products. I hope they go out of business soon. Thankfully, I got my money back through my payment provider.
Complete frauds. Products originate from overseas, which wasn't disclosed. Not a single item resembled the pictures used for marketing. I ordered an adult-sized apron, but received a cardboard version meant for a toddler. The hand towels arrived frayed and of terrible quality. Nothing matched what was advertised. Customer service provided no help, only removed the product images from my emails. I spent a significant amount on a truly shameful scam.
