Delighted with the design and feel of the brush on my face. I was sceptical when I first received it but after a short experiment on the right side of my face, there was a noticeable improvement. I did the other side of my face and was very pleased with the result.
This is in regards to the scam that it is and not the product. I ordered just the brush on March 22nd. No subscription. There was no offer of a subscription. There was no warning of a subscription. On April 1st I was charged for a subscription, that I did not sign up for. I do not have the product I purchased. After several emails they have cancelled said subscription but refuse to refund me for it. DO NOT ORDER anything from them! SCAM!
I have been waiting for over a month for my products and have asked 4 times for a refund even as Little as just the shipping refunded as I'm not interested anymore. I paid shipping to have it within 7 days and it's been over a month. Terrible customer service to not provide a refund after being asked multiple times
This page is scam! Make sure NOT to buy anything. They will charge you several times. I had to block my creditcard, because after the "so called" purchase, which wasn't one, because I ordered a order confirmation without any content and 0$ payment confirmation, they charged me some days afterwards again. I blocked them through my credit card company and I'll probably get my money back if I'm lucky. Don't give your creditcards in there!Oh and by the way: the companies name which charges you is "Koijeva" not "Kojeva", but both doesn't exist.
