Kojiva has scammed us! On March 24, 2026 I ordered a lymphatic brush for $24.90. I still have not received this item. However, on April 12, 2026, Kojiva charged our account for $49.99 for a subscription that we did NOT sign up for. I did send them an email stating that we did not authorize for a subscription and therefore we want the $49.99 returned.Their response was the subscription will be canceled going forward but my money is non-refundable!My reply to that was the $49.99 was illegally taken and we want it returned to our account.. The response from them was 3 dots ( … ) No words just 3 dots!Needless to say, we contacted our card company.Be aware of this company and their tactics!
The brush works but I'm skeptical of the website and origin of the product. The handle is plastic but says it's wood in the ads and on the site. It's not. It's plastic and there are only a few products listed, and all of the descriptions are for the lymph brush. In Sum: I suspect this is just like every other fake Chinese push to sell products that aren't what they advertise. The concept and functionality of the brush work, but what I received was not the high-quality wooden handle as it was advertised. I believe you can probably buy this very same thing on Amazon. I think someone should check to see if the website is a fake front or fake advertising. Don't trust X ads.
