Review Time
I'm not sure about the product in itself but the site has tried to charge me for more than the product . Thankfully my bank blocked the attempt. But now my account is compromised and I have to go through the hassle waiting for a new card etc this is a real inconvenience so I think this website is a scam and a fraud
Ordered a product on 20 February, paying for express shipping. To this date (29 March) I have not received the order, and was not provided a refund despite asking for it multiple times since 13 March. Customer service has been absolutely horrible.
Ordered on 19 February, still waiting on 28th March. Tracking shows 'in transit '. I have emailed their customer service twice with no response. Wish I'd looked on here before buying! Am contacting my bank to see if I can get a refund as they can reverse the payment. UPDATE 31/3: I contacted my bank for a refund, they raised a dispute with Kojeva. Lo and behold Kojeva replied to my email! Tried to tell me the delay is due to the war in Iran. However, I made it clear that my order was placed 18 days BEFORE the war started, so no dice with that one as an excuse! Today I've had another email that my order has shipped! The previous one has been taken off the tracking. Let's see if it turns up.FURTHER UPDATE 11/4/2026: A new set of brushes (I ordered the 2 deal) was dispatched on 31/3 and arrived today. The brushes are soft and after 1 use I could see a slight difference in my face. Will keep using. I have been making a conscious effort not to buy from China. I thought these brushes were coming from the US, but given the time they've taken I'm doubtful. The tracking was a company called Yanwen which sounds chinese to me. This may well be a US company but definitely not shipping from the US as they have taken too long to get here. So, if you're having any issues with products not turning up and company not responding, raise a dispute through your bank, and they'll be all over it when they realise they could lose the money.
Only been using 3(?) days now and I will be honest, not a n instant ‘I hust had a bunch of work done). For me tho, in the morning, it reduces my under eye bags and overall I feel refreshed. Plus it feels great! I recommend using this.
