Terrible customer service! Never received

Product never arrived ans they take absolutely no responsibility for it. Said it’s the courier - even though they dictate which courier they use. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a couple of items from Kojeva and overall I’m happy. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the products were exactly as shown. Would order again.

Item never received, refused a refund despite courier's own evidence of misdelivery

An order was never delivered to the correct address. The courier's own proof of delivery photographs confirm the parcel was left at the wrong property. I provided this evidence to Kojeva repeatedly over nearly three months, along with photographs confirming the delivery location was not my address. All of it was ignored.What followed was a pattern of stalling, vague assurances, and no action. The delivery images supplied by the merchant were of suspiciously poor quality compared to the originals I obtained directly from the courier, which clearly show misdelivery. My own emails were also removed from the correspondence thread in their replies, leaving a deliberately incomplete record of the exchange.Their final response was to close the case and state it was beyond their control. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. The matter has now been escalated to Consumer Affairs Victoria.Looking at other reviews here, this is not an isolated experience. Every review tells the same story: items not received, delivery proof showing the wrong address, and no refund. This appears to be a pattern, not a mistake. Avoid.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Products don’t turn up and they don’t reply to emails. Have asked several times for a refund but no response. Order the product 4 months ago. Very disappointed.
