Parcel lost, seller refused refund. I made my order on 24th November for quick delivery and it is now 29th December. I contacted Evri they confirmed my parcel had been lost in their network I sent Kokobay proof of this and I am still yet to receive my refund and they have not been helpful in the slightest in assisting me with a refund for my item I have NOT received. Do not recommend you order from this company. Will be sharing with friends, family and followers also.
Customer service is amazing at Kokobay. I reached out to them in regards to a product I wanted to purchase and Martha got back to me so quickly and was so helpful. 10/10 customer service and the quality of products is amazing. I love to shop with Kokobay! ❤️
SCAM. Really bad experience. I purchased a set from this brand more than two months ago and never received it. I reached out to ask about the status, and they told me that because I hadn’t paid a fee (which I was never notified about), my package was returned to their warehouse. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would never have received any update. They said they would refund me, but I’m still waiting—they have now ghosted me and kept both my money and my product. The delivery company is unreliable, and the customer service is inefficient and doesn’t care about helping you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam.
Item said delivered. Was not delivered anywhere. Contacted support. They told me to contact the shipper. Shipper’s website broken. Impossible to contact. Multiple follow up emails and no response, no offer of a refund or to ship a 2nd item. Will not do business again.
