Website description, photos & assembly video of rolling clothes rack all excellent. Order received promptly, extremely well packaged. Very sturdy and well designed.Satisfied customer! My only comment (not a criticism) is that the zip covering does not enclose the bottom of the rack (open at the bottom).
I would have given 5 stars but my recent purchase wasn't fulfilled at the date they had given me due to a miss hap with there system. But with communication and there support team my ordered was resolved and I am very pleased with them and there products. Thank you for your time and patience
I like the flexible design. But the fact that the components are not separately available to be purchased means that i cannot put together the frame in a way that suits my needs. I may consider buying from another company as they sell components individually
I have other clothing racks and this one is thinner and cheaper feeling. When I put it together one of the shelves bent. The poles are smaller in diameter from the other racks I purchased from other companies. I don't feel that for the price this was good quality. My Alera racks are made of sturdier metal and cost the same price. The only reason I bought this rack from Vipek instead is because it had two poles to hang two rows.
