I'm trying to reach them from a couple of days through every channel, Facebook, email, WhatsApp, but no one is replying, at least with a "courtesy response". I've bought a gaming monitor on Amazon in Sept 24 and from a while it's flickering. The good is covered by the 24-month warranty, therefore they are obliged to take care as per applicable law. For the moment, they deserve 1 star, I hope to increase this vote in the next days.
I've had to contact trading standards and having to waste more time on calls to get my money back via the bank. I purchased: Koorui 25E3A 24.5" VA 170HZ Full HD Gaming Monitor × 1 on 03/06, nothing has been delivered and they've stolen the money. They ignore emails. Avoid - shop elsewhere!
Ordered the 240HZ 27" monitor new off of Amazon. When I received it, everything was easy to setup. However, monitor was faulty as it wouldn't power on no matter what I did. Tried to contact Koorui directly about this issue through their provided email on the website, since the Amazon page said that Koorui had a warranty on the product. However, I have received no email back from this company. Thankfully Amazon is refunding me fully and I'm returning it. For now, stay clear of this company. Very shady, especially with the no contact.
Ordered a keyboard in May through Amazon and stopped working two weeks ago. Saying the battery is gone and still appears when replacing batteries. Looked at other reviews recently and the same happening with other people who bought a keyboard with this company. Contacted the company through their website and no one is returning my emails.
