I wish there was a provision for a Minus 5 (-5) Star).This company is a Total Fraud.... Stay away from this so call Prop Firm. Total Fraud....... I am heading to Facebook, Instagram and Tick Tok to warn aspiring Traders.I made a modest profit, but Kortana refused to pay me out because of excuses that do not make sense. They blocked my trading account and accused me of using an account management firm, without any kind of proof. I have asked for proof, but have not received any. I have emailed them, but all i get back is their standard copy-paste messages. They are basically running circles, without addressing my specific questions.In our private communications, i have repeatedly asked for evidence of account management violation to be shared with me. This has not happened. How can this be a sign of a transparent company? I did indicate i have traded on 3 different devices, all owned by me. I have never shared my account details with anyone outside of Kortana.I operated 2 funded Accounts with Kortana, and this reflects on my DashBoard.I need evidence, not empty allegations......
I am writing to you to provide an assessment of the trading finance company that I have recently dealt with. I would like to share my experience and advice to the public based on what I have personally experienced and observed from others.First, I encountered a recurring issue with the company regarding the IP. Every time they claim there is a violation of the intellectual property rule related to the IP, leading to the account being closed. Despite changing the IP and using a fixed location, the issues persisted without resolution.Second, the company does not pay commissions to traders. I joined a group with more than ten thousand people, all of whom confirmed that the company closed their accounts and did not pay their dues. This indicates that the company intentionally defrauds traders.Additionally, the company advertises on Instagram, encouraging people to bring buyers in exchange for waiving the IP issue. But the question here is: why aren't all traders exempt from these problems? It seems the company's sole purpose is to attract buyers without paying the traders, confirming that it aims to profit at their expense.I would like to emphasize that this company is fraudulent, and I have evidence to support this. I advise the public to avoid dealing with it and not to purchase anything from them. I am deeply disappointed with Kortana's services. They canceled my account citing reasons that seem unreasonable and designed to avoid paying out. I am currently in Paris, but they claimed I was in Nice. Additionally, I use a VPS for better connectivity, which means my IP is from the Netherlands. Despite this being a common practice, it was used against me.Furthermore, I manage my account from both my PC and laptop to ensure I can handle any internet connection issues. This was also cited as a violation, which is unfair and unrealistic for active traders who need reliable access.It's clear Kortana is looking for excuses to avoid payouts. I've seen similar complaints in their Trust policy, indicating this is a common issue. I cannot recommend their services and will not be paying for any future services with them.Avoid Kortana if you want a fair trading platform.
I am very disappointed with their support and how they treat people who want to work with them. I was refused a withdrawal from an 8K account where I had to take somewhere at 4k, they found all kinds of ideas to reject this withdrawal. They have very poorly made rules and this will involve the rejection of all traders who want to be profitable.I promise something and when it comes to the payout I reject without reason without listening and proving that I was the only one who transacted on the account.They took the money on my challenge account without offering me the necessary support and building a long-term relationship together.I will switch to the guys from FTMO from here on out, to be successful in the future.I will recommend FTMO over kortanafx.
Finally got my payout with Kortana !! But they took a bit long , and they realised their mistake and paid me which is a green flag to me . If they would made the payment faster would be a great prop company in my view , I don’t say they are perfect but they atleast pay after some rejection .
