I recently bought an account with Kortana and passed it, then made some profits and when it came time for the payouts, they not once but twice rejected them due to the “IP address rule”. So they’re basically telling you if you wanna trade with us, lock yourself in your room and don’t go anywhere with the device you trade from so your IP address remains the same. I’m someone who travels a lot, which is why I’m trading in the first place, for freedom to trade from anywhere in the world, but everytime I travel or connect to a new wifi, my IP address will change, so they decline the payout because of that, which makes 0 sense, as a trader you should be free to trade from wherever you want. V bad experience with Kortana, I would not recommend.
They’re a bunch of crooks, I traded myself using my voile and desktop, then they denied my payout, saying I used account management and same ips. They are a bunch of liars, and ignoring me not showing proof, worst prop firm, there are many others who pay and not do this nonsense. Complete waste of my time. I hope they get shut down
2nd payout rejected for account management. Followed all their rules, used the same EA as my first payout, same VPS and same home PC to login to the dashboard. I’ve reset my router and so I would’ve had an IP change because it’s dynamic but if this is the reason all they had to do was look at the location and see it’s identical. Typical of a company like this to fabricate an excuse not to pay.Don’t reset your routers guys they’ll use anything to not pay you
beware guys, kortana are scammers they make excuses not to pay you...they told me my account has been managed by someone else , which is a lie and they cannot prove it either, so they are just scamming you from packages you buy....stay away by all means..you need to stop the bs...because many sources i know have also said youve stopped paying and i know for fact i have not broken any rules...and you cannot prove it either
They are deceiving people with excessive advertising and terrible customer support. They only provide template replies without actually reading your messages, respond hours later, and close the thread within a minute if you don't reply immediately (what the heck). I requested my payout, and after waiting for seven days, they rejected it, claiming I used account management services due to multiple accounts being managed from my IP. This is complete nonsense, as I always used a single laptop, my home Wi-Fi, and never had a second account.I wish I could post screenshots here but couldn't due to the unavailability of that feature.
Kortanafx (0 star) / Crossana is making persistent efforts to delete my reviews by asking for additional information. However, every time I provide the requested details, they consistently return with the same baseless excuse for withholding payment: "We reviewed your account and found account management..." They have repeatedly denied payouts and breached the agreement despite having my account number. They are dishonest and deceitful. They are cheaters. Never buy account from them. I had two $25k accounts with them. I have used a static IP and only single device to trade. But once I requested payout they banned my accounts and not paying. The reason they say is Account management. This firm is became crap never ever use their service. I hope they go out of business soon as they are wasting time and money of traders.
I requested a payout from Kortana and they came up with a lie just to avoid paying saying: As per our policies, if it's detected that an account is being managed by someone other than the account holder, the corresponding withdrawal request cannot be approved, and the account is terminated for violating our prohibited trading practices.To be specific, the IP associated with your account has been connected with various other accounts on our platform - This is completely false. I trade alone and have no ones account associated with my account and my IP Address is not associated with other users. They do this when they want to avoid paying their clients. Kortana lacks INTEGRITY. Don’t waste your money with them rather go for FTMO or other credible prop firm
