Worst prop firm. They will use any excuse to avoid paying out. They rejected my withdrawal based on 'stacking' violation which I proved were not even my trades. They then responded with 'account management' as the next reason to reject the withdrawal.Kortana will let you purchase as many accounts as they can sell to you, only to then say, you cannot trade accounts from the same IP address. So you can purchase 2 accounts, but you cant trade them 2 accounts from the device / location / IP address. Or you can trade them but until you request a withdrawal, at that point they'll breach you for 'account management'. Customer service is awful, the chat is never live. You normally get a response within 24 hours, which is always just an automated response. STAY AWAY, USE A REPUTABLE FIRM. I got sucked in by there promotions. The reason why they offer discounts all the time is because they know they will not pay-out and customers wont return. Whole thing is just one big fix to take money and not pay out.
Hello, I came to Kortana in February, my first payment was in March and it was canceled because I violated the 33% rule. My 2nd payment was at the beginning of May and it was canceled because I violated the IP rule, my 3rd payment was last week and again it was canceled because I violated the IP rule.When the 2nd payment was canceled, I started taking screenshots every day before the transaction to make sure I don't violate the IP rule, and at the end of 30 calendar days to be able to submit the payment request, I had 2 IPs used , the ones that allow the IP rule from Kortana.I submitted the request for the payment of 1410 USD and after a few days of waiting, I received an answer that I violated the IP rule and I sent them all my screenshots with IP from each trading day and their answer was,, Now dear Trader, we have verified your operations, and although your management and Operations violated the ACCOUNT MANAGER Rule, the company has determined NOT TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT so that you can continue trading with us,,So I can continue to work on their account, but the payment cancels it ("funny")I can definitely say that KortanaFX is a scam and don't waste your time with them.I've seen people here who left reviews with the same IP RULE problem, but I had a hope that they were honest and would pay, but I was wrong.If you draw attention to the positive reviews, they are short and often meaningless. After 3 canceled payments, my conclusion is that they buy them to get a better grade.I am asking all the people who have suffered from this company, when you see their advertising on Instagram, Facebook, Google, Youtube, etc., report it as a scam, maybe this action will protect others from this fraudulent company.In the end, I want to tell you not to lose your self-confidence and to keep trying to reach your goals and objectives.DON'T FORGET THAT ON THE WAY TO SUCCESS, THERE WILL BE MANY FAILURES!!!!
Scam company. They will reject your payment with fake reasons they make and send it to you as photo. Like the ip addresses they fake it and send it. They also terminate your account for violation of the daily maximum drawdown but you actually didn't. Rejected my payments 3 times and at the end they terminated the account while trading saying drawdown violation but that is not true. Avoid this company guys don't through your money. About your reply.. it's shame on you not on me! I asked for a proof for the violation since one week but no answer... my acount balance was 96k and I opened the first trade after daily drowndown reseted and I had another 5k to maximimum daily drawdown but you terminated the accouny! Fake company guys check other reviews also :)
Never ever trust them guys they will look only for how they can reject your payouts even they dont follow their own rules mentioned in the rule book but they want us to follow rules they will say anything to reject your payout i worked very hard in kortana for 5 months totally requested 6 payouts for 13k dollars in total but trust me they are never paid even a single dollar for me stay away from this kortana use your money in any other genuine propfirms.
Signing up is very easy, account details were given very quickly. I used Easy Funded EA on mql5 marketplace.to pass the account. The Author Barbaros was very helpful and passed within minutes, using his HFT EA. I am now waiting for the certificate and funded account details.
These guys won't give the paymentI have withdrawn $2433 but they rejected the payment due to account handling till now I didn't give anyone to this account.this is the second time they rejected my payment.New Commers don't purchase any account with this firm.
Well guys, I wish I listened to every single one of you here. KORTANA IS A SCAM! I thought if I’d followed all the rules, it’d be fine but unfortunately they’ve just denied my payout of $2000 under ‘account management’. Just a ridiculous excuse for ‘legally scamming’ us. I did everything right to the minuscule margins. Every rule i made sure to read 10 times and every trade I executed was done so under certain conditions cos I know they’re very strict. But at the end it didn’t matter. I just wasted my money, time and hard work. I’m so angry at myself for believing there was a chance with these scammers. If you’re looking for any sort of clarification or a single sliver of hope to getting your payout - I’m afraid it isn’t gonna work. They will not pay you out. Don’t look at their good reviews cos u must have negative IQ if you can’t tell their bot reviews. In fact I’m surprised how they’re still getting traders after all these bad reviews. STOP LOOKING ANY FURTHER THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY YOU OUT! STOP BUYING ACCOUNTS AND GIVING THEM FREE MONEY!
