Only give one star because I have to. This prop firm is a scam, they don’t pay out don’t waste your time. I advice you to do your research before buying into Kortana, you will waste your time and money here. I wrote the rules down and made sure I stayed within the rules and surprise surprise I got hit with account management. They give you bogus reasons to not pay you out
After several emails, I decided to trust this company.First, after payment, they haven't sent me the credentials for my challenge.After the support finally replied, they sent them to me. Unfortunately with another email address, so I only found them a long time later.Secondly soon after my purchase they migrate to MT5 and never sent me the credentials for the MT5 account.They told me to contact the support and they never reply.Just a scam among the others.
I've been trading with kortana since March, Since last week, The trades I took on my MT5 hasn't gotten updated on the dashboard. and Yesterday (23rd July 2024), I was auto logged out of my MT5, when i try to log in, It doesn't get logged in as if there is no server or something. Then When I try to look into my dashboard, the dashboard page's DNS couldn't be found. They have also removed the dashboard login URL from the button leading to the dashboard. So this concludes that dashboard being down isn't a mistake. Idk if they're doing a technical update or they've gone completely. I'm skeptical about their authenticity. One advice: Don't chase these new HFT propfirms or the new cool ones with discounts, stick to the OG propfirm FTMO
