They've been dodgin' my payment requests for weeks. Every attempt to reach 'em and find a resolution has been futile. I really don't know what else they'll have me do to get paid. I have swapped them for Equity pathway llc, and it's been profitable for me. I got another payment from them just few minutes ago without the need to contact support for assistance.
I purchased 100K account two months ago. My first withdrawal was denied due to multiple IP issues, even though I didn't use any multiple devices to trade. The second time, I run all the trades using my mobile and network, and I installed an Apple shortcut. When I open the MT5 software, it automatically disconnects the WiFi and opens my mobile network to avoid multiple IP systems. And I requested a second withdrawal on July 11, 2024. Till now, I haven't received my funds or email from KOrtana. I have sent many emails about this issue, but I have not received any response from them.
These guys are crooks. One week ago I paid with crypto the biggest challenge, $200k. The credentials should arrive in 3 hours, never got them... I wrote them emails to 3 different addresses, DM on Instagram, and no news about my money.Live chat doesn't work, it's impossible to talk to an agent.
Hi GuysI have several complaints against Kortana, you guys can check my previous reviews on same.Kortana team, may i know how to reach you guys to know my payout status of #13875? i have placed on 1st July and waiting for long.i m not new to Kortana that you guys can say it will take 72 hours for validation account and then 72 hours for validation of trades.even though its more than 10 days that you guys not reacted to my payout request.Problem with Kortana:1. we can not recah them directly to discuss anything2. their BOT will give us suggestion and we will send mail with details and they will take hell of time to respond.3. if they decided that its a 'ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT' that's its they are not ready to discuss and provide the solution for that issue.Its like keep your money in rubbers hand and wait for refunds.i am not sure how these guys still get the positive reviews, might be all are paid ones. ha, now they will mention their standard statement that ' We are currently paying over $3,000,000 per month to our merchants, which can be seen on our Telegram and on our Instagram.'
I'm not one to complain but support especially when dealing with money is something that should be easy to access. I'm not seeing the information that is on my meta trader account on the kortana FX website. I have been trying to contact the company since Thursday about the issue and I still have not received a response.
i have submitted my payout 10 days before still it is in pending and there is no live support team to contact this issue and i have mailed there support team many times still there is no response from anyone ....so i wish they will solve my isuue and approve or reject my request it doesnt matter ...
