I created an account solely to share my experience and warn others about Kortana. The positive reviews are clearly fake, often repeating the term "mql5."Yes, it's possible to receive a payout from Kortana—I did once, but it was a small amount. The real issue arose when I attempted to withdraw $7,000. My account was flagged for account management breaches. This account was on my trade copier, with the master copier being my other Kortana account. According to their rules, this is allowed.They emailed me stating my withdrawal was rejected due to account management, providing an IP address as evidence, and subsequently breached my account. I responded, explaining that it's impossible for other traders to share my IP since I'm using TradersConnect, which provides its clients with a unique fixed IP. I requested a review of my case, pointing out that both accounts on the trade copier are Kortana accounts.To anyone reading this, I swear to GOD I am not involved in account management. My hard work has gone down the drain. I bet Kortana will reply to this saying, "It's a pity, we reviewed and found you are using account management. It's really easy to follow this rule." It's incredibly frustrating because I am literally trading myself.This has been the worst experience. I am more saddened than angry. I made significant money only to be falsely accused and rejected. I won't remove this review until they fix my case.
Don't believe the positive messages anymore, 99.9% of the positive messages are written by fake people just like this company of thieves. I have traded from only one computer with the same IP address, and the stupid management of the company claimed that I have traded from multiple IPs, without having any proof, while I have evidence that I traded from only one IP. Anyway, do not buy accounts from these lying scammers and thieves.

I have meticulously followed all guidelines, and my adherence can be verified by the extensive documentation I maintain. To be told by your team that I infringed upon my account without being shown any evidence is an affront to my professional integrity.Additionally, the positive reviews about Kortana on Trustpilot are obviously fabricated, filled with poorly made-up standard lines, often the first and only review by those individuals. Seriously how can you use ip address when passing account to violate a funded account? And u call that account mgt...I beleive this guys are set to shut down anytime soon..keep off....Strange rules about ip address after you wrote to say no more ip...now account mgt violations based on passing services..this is ridiculous....I observed only verified users on IG get payouts or anyone linked to Kelvin directly...Scam...they must find a way to violate an account that has good profits because they do not want to pay...they will delay u and say many accounts under review so you dnt put All hope there again...suddenly u will receive a violation message...kortana of 5months ago was not like this
Hands down the worse prop firm i have ever come across. If i could have given a 0 rating i would have because they don't deserve the 1 star. I traded with this prop firm following all their rules..only trading from my laptop connected to a sole wifi terminal. When I requested my payout they sent me screenshots saying that other people was trading my accound from another country which was a total lie. I try querying it and just got shut down. I really hope whoever owns this company gets investigated and imprisoned for the scam they are pulling on so much people. Stay Away please!
this propfirm is a SCAM!!!! many traders who wants to earn money didnt get payout instead they will accused you of having an account management violation. Emails are not responding. The customer service whom you expect to speak to an agent is always a robot.
stay away from kortana they change the rules non stop first i breached ip adress rule, cannot be because ive used a vpssecond time is now 5 minutes ago i breached hold over weekend trades and the took my account away they are scammers !!!do everything not to paybeen doing this for weeks already and now they breachedso its now 14-7-2024 ive message them , they did not respondits 7 days later or 5 business daysthey are ripping people offive found another 6 people alreadythat have the same kind of issues with themif you break a rule they give you 1to withhold another maby to skip the next payoutso if i got enough people i will make a case out of this
