Fantastic service, rang 2 weeks prior to book the car in for a full service, for this monday, they said they have a pick up and drop off service, I agreed to it no brainer, confirmed on the Friday before like they said they would, pickup at 0815am. service done by 1pm phoned me for payment, car all good no advisories, dropped off by 4pm. Cannot recommend this garage enough. Made the mistake of taking my car to another garage due to a 'good offer' on a major service with free MOT where I was told I urgently needed my brakes doing and them giving me an extortionate quote...luckily double checked with Krause Autos, who told me the brakes were good for another good few months yet and would certainly pass the MOT so nothing to worry about. Didn't charge me anything for the check and even came and collected and returned my car to me at a perfect time convenient to me. Have definitely learnt my lesson not to take my car anywhere else. Have now cancelled my free MOT with the other garage as I would rather pay Krause to do it knowing I will get an honest and brilliant service at a fair price.
Absolutely brillaint service, no matter what the problem, time of day. They always help you as best as they can. Currently on holiday and they've still fixed the car and dropped it back to My house. Such a great and reliable car garage that I will always go to.Thank you for all your hard work
