Booked an mot and head light replacement. Krause Autos collected the car on time advising us they were on their way. We were updated every step of the way and they checked with us before going ahead with even essential repairs. Brilliant service and great commincation and delivered exactly what they promised and more. 1 very happy customer.
What brilliant service!My exhaust suddenly made a dreadful noise after hitting a pothole. I saw that it was hanging off and I wasn't sure if it had blown, it sounded awful. I was in Sandy and asked if anyone could recommend a garage that would help me. Klause Autos I was told without hesitation. I took my noisy little car straight there. They were fantastic. The lovely guy checked the car over, he said it wasn't blown and I didn't need a new exhaust, just some welding, and if I could leave it with him, he'd get it fixed that day. Within 2 hours, he'd phoned to say it was fixed and the cost was £36 amazing! He'd welded the broken part and I was good to go. Fantastic service, lovely polite staff, I'd just turned up, no booking and they fixed it. I will definitely use them again and can recommend them.
Down to earth yet professional service from Krause Autos as usual. I always take my car and make sure the family take theirs to them too. Always willing to help, offer advice and always looking to give you the best value. Nothing is ever too difficult for them. The truest example of putting the customers interests first.
We recently bought a used car from a garage, which came with warranty. Used Krause Autos, via AA Smart Care, to replace a noisy timing chain. Both organisations were efficient and kept me informed at all stages. All of the staff I dealt with at Krause were friendly and helpful. I hope I won't need a repair again but if I do Krause Autos will get the work.
