If I could rate it lower, I would. The product is absolutely appalling, and customer service is non-existent. I received completely different blinds and have been waiting six months for a resolution. Getting a refund from the seller has been impossible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This has been the worst experience; the company should rethink its approach to consumers!

Extremely dissatisfied with product and service

If I could give zero stars, I would. The product is completely unacceptable, and support is non-existent. I received the wrong blinds and have been waiting six months for a resolution. I'm struggling to get a refund from the seller with no success. This has been the worst experience; the company really needs to improve its practices regarding consumers!

Beware of the fine print

I purchased curtains in November 2024, and the reviews I read highlighted issues that were supposedly resolved by new management, according to the sales representative. Despite having a 2-year warranty, I faced problems 13 months later with curtains that didn’t close properly. Customer service was unhelpful, and I was told to read the fine print regarding a 3-month fitting warranty. They wanted $83 for a call-out, which I felt forced to pay.

Beware of the warranty details

I had to replace a plastic rod within a year, costing me $80. When I questioned this, the service department pointed out my contract, implying I should have read it better. Their advertising claims a 2-year warranty, but in reality, it’s only 3 months of free service. Now I have ongoing issues with broken parts and previous incorrect orders. I had a terrible experience with wrong sizes arriving multiple times.

Unacceptable service experience

The service I received was far below acceptable standards. I was given the wrong product, incorrect measurements were taken, and the installation was poorly executed. The service manager's rude behavior was shocking, and despite promises of follow-up from the sales representative, I never heard back. I will never use or recommend this company again.

Poor installation and lack of accountability

The product was incorrectly installed, causing the blind to fall when I tried to close my window. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the installation issues.
