Frustrating experience with medication change

My wife's thyroid medication was switched by the new vendor, and now the pill dissolves on her tongue. Her symptoms have returned, and the pill's shape is different, indicating it's from another supplier. When she informed the pharmacist, he interrupted, implying they were aware of the issue and had received multiple complaints. However, he stated there was nothing they could do to resolve it, suggesting we try other pharmacies, which might have the same issues. I reached out to corporate for assistance, but no solutions were provided. I just want her original medication to alleviate her symptoms, not this faulty product that the company continues to sell knowingly. Customers should be cautious. They seem indifferent to patient care! As a long-time customer, I’m disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. It appears profits take precedence over patient welfare.

Policies Need a Major Overhaul

The staff at this location really need to reconsider their policies. There are always issues with carts; you have to find one yourself if you want to shop. Additionally, they require scanning your ID for adult items, which feels unnecessary. The cashiers, who often have children and handle cash, are not the cleanest, especially with all the illnesses going around. As someone old enough to be their grandmother, I find it unacceptable to have my ID scanned. I prefer to bag my own groceries for hygiene reasons. I won't be returning, even though I live just a mile away.

Disappointing experience with delivery service

The delivery service offered a discount for a new order, which I decided to try. After completing my order, the app prompted me about tipping, and I added a 20% tip. Later, a young woman delivered my order and asked for a tip. I explained that I had already included it in the order, but she insisted on receiving cash. I mentioned that I couldn't change the tip on the app. She became quite demanding, asking for a tip again. I thanked her and closed the door. Due to this pressure, I won’t be ordering again.

Review submission issues persist

I consistently face problems when trying to submit reviews. Out of 20 attempts, 19 end with the message: "Failed to submit review, please try again later." Every time I write my review, everything gets erased, and when I re-enter it, I receive the same error message repeatedly! I invest a significant amount of money at this store each year and believe I should have the opportunity to leave feedback on the products I buy. Why offer this feature if it’s so unreliable? Is it to manage the feedback?🤔

Submitting reviews on the platform is frustrating!

The service never allows me to submit reviews. Out of 20 attempts, it often states: "Failed to submit review, please try again later"... and all my written feedback gets lost. When I try again, I face the same error repeatedly! I spend a substantial amount at the store and feel entitled to share my thoughts on the products. Why have a review feature if it fails constantly? Is it to control feedback?

Navigating the app has become a challenge.

I used to shop frequently, but the recent app changes make it hard to find deals and coupons. It's complicated to access the weekly ad, requiring multiple pop-ups. It used to be easy to look things up, but now the app is overly complex. I love shopping there, but I can't figure out the app. If you're facing similar issues, consider alternatives; prices are often better elsewhere.

Why do supermarkets charge more for fresh turkeys when they are just thawed frozen ones? It's puzzling how they save on electricity by not keeping them frozen.

Concerns over pricing practices persist.

The service has misled customers about prices and has been accused of overcharging. I've personally faced overcharges multiple times recently. On one occasion, I was charged full price for an item advertised as buy one get one free. The customer service experience is lacking, with long wait times and few employees available. It’s frustrating to see the decline in service and support.
