This site is an utter disappointment. I have been waiting forever for an order that was never going to come. I frequently receive packages from much farther away in a fraction of the time it took this service to achieve... absolutely nothing. It's an affront to the legacy of the band. This service falls far short of the excellence and professionalism that is associated with the artist. They are tarnishing his memory just for profit. Shameful. Avoid ordering from here.
The customer service is very poor. I received the wrong item and faced a lack of cooperation despite numerous emails. If I don't get a response, I will escalate this issue. The management should really look into the operations of this seller.

I ordered the 50th anniversary releases well over four weeks before the release date and still received nothing six days later. When I contacted customer support, I received a generic email stating there was a delay. I've now asked to cancel the order and I certainly won't consider buying from them again.
The service is appalling, with no phone support and email responses taking days. They fail to provide updates on orders and continuously ask for replies without resolving anything. I ordered in early December for Christmas delivery, but the item still hasn't arrived. They claim they are busy. My family has been loyal customers for years, but we all agree to switch to other sellers due to the poor service we've encountered this past year.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this site. They finally replied to me, confirming that they do not have any items in stock. They take your money with no guarantee of delivery. They claim items come from a supplier but provide no delivery or stock dates. My child spent his own money on a birthday gift for a devoted fan, and now he is left without it. Please do not waste your money here.
I placed an order on October 5, but there has been no dispatch update by October 18. I've reached out multiple times and even tried to file a complaint. Their service is disappointing. It seems my item was out of stock when I ordered, yet they still charged me without notifying me. After several ignored contact attempts, I finally canceled the order on October 22. I've had better luck with other sellers. Be cautious; they don't seem concerned about customer issues.
