KTH Services are experts in their field and are easy to do business with. They guided us through various options to suit our needs when we needed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, and quickly and efficiently delivered and installed our preferred boiler option using their own skilled engineers, who were great and knew exactly what they were doing. We also had to replace our existing gas input pipe with a larger gas input pipe and KTH Services completed this, making good and leaving no mess whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend KTH Services for heating and boiler work, they did a great job for us. Thank you.
KTH installed a new boiler and fitted a Hive thermostat at my request. The team were on time, worked very hard and quickly with obvious experience and knowledge. They encountered a couple of problems in an old property and sorted them out without issue. They talked me though the Hive set up, no problem.Very pleasant blokes.I would highly recommend.
KTH fitted a new boiler for me with the minimum amount of fuss or disturbance. They turned up nice and early and were clean, efficient and polite. They even managed to cure some nasty squeaks in my floorboards. The old boiler and water tank were removed along with all the other redundant pipe work, and they completed the job within their estimated timeframe. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
KTH Services - What a great company to do business with. Having used KTH for the annual boiler service, for a number of years, when we turned the central heating system on for the first time in the Autumn, it was clear we had a problem. It appeared to be the room thermostat and it proved to be so. However, whilst the system was now operating, over the next couple of months it became evident there were bigger issues. It was clear the system required a lot of TLC, including replacement of a valve actuator, installation of new pipework, a new pump and conversion to a sealed pressurised system. In short the system was knackered. And what a difference KTH’s efforts have made. We now have a very efficient central heating system again – that is heating with a capital H. Throughout, Kevin and Lee kept us informed of what they were doing and why it was necessary – thanks for your patience chaps. Great support from Lisa in the office too. Thank goodness for KTH!!
We had an old boiler removed and a new boiler (and a new radiator) and flue installed in a new location by Lee and James from KTH. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work and they were both a pleasure to have around. They kept us well informed of what was going on and were very helpful in answering all our questions. I would use KTH again and would definitely recommend them.
