Review Time
So I ordered this for my sons birthday which it didn't arrive and I still haven't recieved this item to date. Contacted seller whi h says courier delivered this item left at back door. Which wasn't there when I got home from work. I was talking to courier when this item was meant to be delivered I offered to leave my garage unlocked to leave this item in my garage which they said they couldn't as required a signature but on the day of delivery they decide to leave outside and didn't get a signature and now I'm left with no item and down the money. So under consumer rights act 2015 the seller is responsible for this issue and that act states that a picture of item left outside is not proof of delivery as I have not physically recieved the item. But seller has basically said not there issue so in a dispute with the payment provider ie bank to get this dispute settled. This whole transaction from the get go was a shambles fair enough was all the couriers fault but the fact the seller doesn't know the consumer right act 2015 astonishes me.So after waiting far too long my payment provider has managed to get me my money this has went on since November now into January but least I got my mo ey back for the item I never recieved. Could have been resolved long ago if the company knew the consumer rights act 2015 they would have known the courier was at fault.
Bought the Kubbi 7 as a Christmas present for my six year old grandson.He already has a smaller bike from a different supplier. Delivery took a few days which is excellent, the bike is lovely. Well made and sturdy and so easy to assemble, just need to put handlebars on. I purchased the kubbi bike this time as it’s a British make, as I’d heard the cheaper makes are not as safe. I’d rather get the best possible make of bike as safety is a priority. I’m sure my grandson will love his bike when he sees it on Christmas morning.
k10 pro the bike is well made if I was thinking about this as a Christmas present then yes 100 percent its a lot better than you se out there for the money my grandson is 6 & he loves it he will get at least 3 years out of it top speed is good but the pulling power is excellent & delivery was 100 percent
