Positive outcome after initial difficultiesI purchased a scooter (G2 Max) from Kukirin, and unfortunately, it arrived with a damaged brake disc right out of the box. When I first contacted customer service, they informed me that the brake disc was considered a “wear part” and would not be covered under warranty, which was disappointing since the issue was clearly present upon delivery.After further communication and clarifying that I would escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Service if it wasn’t treated as a warranty case, the company eventually acknowledged the problem and sent me a replacement brake disc via UPS free of charge.While the initial response was frustrating and could have been handled better, I appreciate that Kukirin ultimately resolved the issue and provided the necessary replacement part. It shows that they do stand behind their products once the situation is properly reviewed.Overall, the case was successfully resolved, and I’m satisfied with the final outcome.
The scooter works great. I have reached to the client service center about a delivery issue for the bag i took with it. Problem is that they are not that effective, so slow to communicate, which can be a problem if the carrier won't be able to keep it for a while or if the buyer want it fast.
