After a few days without seeing a shipping notification, I became a bit restless. I tried to contact Luna through the online customer service function on the website. Luna's service really left a deep impression on me! I asked her about the status of my order and the approximate shipping time. She didn't fob me off with any official jargon; instead, she responded to me in a very sincere, transparent, and efficient manner.
I placed an order on July 6th for a KuKirin G2 electric scooter (Order number: FF00388623). Since then, I have received no emails, no tracking number, and absolutely no updates on the status of my order.I’ve tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but there has been no response whatsoever. It’s completely unacceptable for a company selling high-value products to leave customers in the dark after taking their money.At this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever receive the scooter or if I’ve just been scammed.Very disappointed. I do not recommend buying from this company. Avoid them if you expect any form of communication or professionalism.
I ordered a scooter from the kugoo ireland site and the one i ordered was discontinued so i got another one for free and after a week of chatting it was finally shipped and received it saturday morning On the scooter itself the speed is what is says in the site but the distance says 30-35 but i would more say 15-20Update: after 5 days of use the scooter now makes a clicking noise whenever i go to turn it and the back mudguard just broke off this is the aovo t1 pro do not buy im going to try and get a refund now off them this is scandalous
Hello,I'm contacting you again regarding my order for a Kukirin G4 wheel, and I must say the situation is becoming extremely frustrating.It has now been 11 days since I placed my order, and while your website states that shipping should be processed within 24 hours, my order has still not been shipped.I did receive replies from your support team, but only after long delays. Every time I respond, it takes a full day or more to hear back from you which has dragged this process out unnecessarily. I have already provided all the information you requested, and yet there is no clear progress or resolution.Furthermore, I left a review on Trustpilot five days ago, hoping it would help move things forward, but nothing has changed. This lack of responsiveness and action is not acceptable from a company that claims to be professional.At this point, I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, including a confirmed shipping date or I will consider escalating the matter further.Thank you.Please check my order and ship it please here is my order id. Don't waste your time ordering from this company , waiting nearly 2 weeks for an order when I contacted them they told me it was out of stock and to pay more money for an alternative . As of now still waiting for a refund. Would not recommend stay well away. Dirty robbers
i ordered the kukirin G2, and after 2 weeks, they still told me through customer support that they didnt have stock and i should exchange it for another scooter. The view order button from the email wasnt working, and when i requested a refund, they were still trying to convince me to get another scooter in place of the G2. Very bad experience.
As someone who’s never owned a scooter before, I was both excited and nervous when I ordered my Kukirin Commuter. Like many others, I experienced delays due to the much-discussed stock issues – my scooter arrived three weeks later than initially estimated. While the wait was frustrating, I have to say the end product was worth it.After using it for a while, I did run into a minor issue, but I reached out to customer service quickly and they resolved it as fast as possible. The customer service team replied to my email within a day, and I was very satisfied with that.All in all, despite the initial delay, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The scooter performs well, looks great, and has made my commute so much easier. I’d definitely recommend Kukirin to other Croatians looking for a reliable scooter.
When I found out that the G2 I purchased was out of stock, the team suggested I switch to the A1 model. Honestly, I don't regret it at all! The A1 has exceeded my expectations, and I get a lot of compliments on it. Among my friends, my early order really stands out. Fantastic customer service and a great alternative choice!
