Katlego attending to their WhatsApp, was quick to answer friendly and understanding of my needs.I really expected a delay on the delivery of the battery and was ready to fight if they didn't do the Overnight Courier, but the battery was delivered bright and early so we can have the chance to test it and make sure it's is good.Regarding your website, it does tend to hang and take a bit of time to populate details, not sure if it was my network or what. Also until you have the option of taking back the old battery, maybe remove it from the site cause I expected a discount after I selected that I have an old battery.Overall, currently, I am happy with the service and will definitely recommend to others and come back for any additional needs I have.
