My Mini Pro V2 malfunctioned shortly after the withdrawal of app support. It’s only 2.5 years old, and the service does not provide repair options. They suggested I purchase a new one instead. A device costing £750 only lasts 2.5 years, and their first suggestion is to buy another.
I purchased a charger from this service, and it worked well initially. Then they decided to disable its online features, leaving me with a basic charger. No offer for an upgrade or compensation. Why would anyone engage with a service that shows such disregard for its customers? CAUTION FOR BUYERS.
Avoid this charger at all costs. They will inform you that the charging program will be discontinued, and you will only be able to use your charger as a 'plug & play'. If you want to utilize 'off-peak' electricity or 'solar charging', you’ll need to adjust your schedule. AVOID THIS PRODUCT COMPLETELY; I regret ever purchasing their charger.
Discontinued product warning: the service has ceased support for the EO Mini 2 in my area. I invested significantly in the EO Mini 2 Pro, only for them to withdraw support due to an obscure clause. My charger is now essentially useless and operates as a basic device. This is not what I paid for and violates consumer rights. I plan to pursue a refund through small claims court. Steer clear of this charging device. I invested a lot in an EO Mini Pro 2 only to find that after less than 2 years, they ceased software support. The features I relied on are being removed, leaving me with a basic plug. Notice from the service states that from a certain date, I will no longer be able to access or manage my device through the app.
I have the EO Mini Pro 3, which is only 5 months old, and I've encountered problems every month since July. After migrating to a new app, the connection fails, preventing me from charging. Both companies involved are blaming each other; I don’t trust either of them.

I purchased their EV charger for its smart features, but recently they stopped supporting these without offering any alternative, leaving the charger as a basic on/off device.
