I have placed an order order no. 21402298 and it didn't give me an option to update my delivery address. After trying hard when I placed the order and payment went through, it again chose my old address and I couldn't change it. I also contacted laam customer service but no answer from them. Cancelled my whole order to place a new one again but no one contacted me.

I only wanted to cancel one item from the order. However, since partial cancellation is not allowed on platform, I had to cancel the full order. While trying to adjust the order again, I mistakenly cancelled it completely, thinking I would be able to modify individual items.

This was not a simple change of mind, but rather a result of the system limitation and confusion during the cancellation process. The order was cancelled within 12 hours and was not dispatched.However, I noticed that the delivery charges were not refunded. I cancelled the order within few hours of placing it, and it had not been dispatched at the time of cancellation.
Since no shipment was processed. They deduct my £15 pounds shipping total . Waste of money . They deserve 0 star . Not happy with them at all .

My ordering experience with LAAM was fairly good overall. The ordering process was smooth, and the package was delivered on time. The suits were nicely packed and received as shown online.
However, one of the dresses has a visible stain on it, which is disappointing. I have just submitted a complaint via email regarding the defective piece and hope to receive a prompt response and resolution soon.

Disappointed with my experience with LAAM

I placed an order with LAAM and paid £26.83, but my order has still not been delivered. There has been no proper tracking information, and their customer service has not provided any clear update about where my parcel is.

It’s very frustrating to pay for something and be left waiting without communication or support. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely delivery, and responsive customer care — unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

I hope LAAM improves their delivery process and customer support, and resolves my issue by either delivering my order or providing a full refund.

I cannot recommend ordering until they improve their service.

Pathetic service!!!! (My order number: 21268180) i ordered because they promised they do deliver within 15 days even for international orders… now I’ve a big event coming up and all i am left with is the replies from their stupid chat bot, who cannot do anything except to greet you. I tried every way to reach out to them but they do not respond you back guys… be careful when ordering.

I ordered a suit which is for a upcoming wedding occasion..The theme is BABY PINK , so I ordered a suit for my daughter in law online BABY PINK....I received the order while on a trip and came back to find that the suit is here but TOTALLY WRONG COLOR sent to CANADA!!!..I have continously been writing on Customer Service ALL is get is Automated service and I e-mailed the only answer I get is their website to order.....NO PERSONAL to talk to or to rectify the situation.....SO FRUSTRATING....either Don't take overseas orders or ANSWER or have someone deal directly to overseas calls and or issues.....VERY DISAPPOINTED....The wedding is in May I m still trying to reach you people at LAAM you advertise you take orders and the AMOUNT then you SHIP ,,THEN YOUR DONE...This is NOT VER PROFESSIONAL on your part...

Extremely dissatisfied with their business practices.

I am extremely dissatisfied with their business practices. The quality, embroidery, and design of the outfit did not align with what was advertised. The color, size, and fabric were also not as described. The seller has not replied to my emails or messages, demonstrating very poor customer service. What concerns me most is that the outfit I ordered has been removed from their website and re-listed under a different name, which feels misleading. Overall, their business standards seem to have declined significantly over the past year. I would advise against making any purchases from them.

Extremely Disappointed with My First Order

I don't even know where to begin; this was my first experience ordering from this platform, and I was thrilled to receive my package. The shipping was quick, but what I found inside was shocking. A pile of sequins and beads spilled out instead of a nice, elegant outfit I expected. It looked poorly made, with red stains all over and missing attachments. It was disheartening to see that I had spent $150 on such a low-quality item. There seems to be a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a questionable approach to making money. I requested a refund and only received $23 back out of the $150 I spent. If you're considering purchasing from this site, please think twice and protect your hard-earned money; you may end up just as disappointed as I was. I wish I could share photos of the poor quality of the clothes I received.

Disappointing product not matching expectations

The dress I received did not match the images on the website, and the company opted to provide only a partial refund for my order. This is completely unreasonable. I did not place an order for a 'maybe I'll get what I want'. I expected the design I selected, not a poor imitation that they sent and insisted I keep. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. I will inform my friends and colleagues that this platform is untrustworthy and tries to hold onto our money for their errors. They come across as nothing but petty thieves. They may take our money, but justice will prevail.

It was a better experience overall. I would consider trying it again, but it's important to be cautious about the brands available on this platform. If you have confidence in a particular brand, then feel free to order from here. There are multiple brands on the platform, and each offers its own level of quality.
