This was the first time using Poplin. I was pleasantly surprised with the great service! The app was easy to use, pick up was right on time, the clothes came back neatly folded and organized. I even used a code and got 20% off! The clothes smelled great, very clean, and packed neatly. The price was reasonable, less expensive than the laundry service I had before in Philadelphia.
Poplin is such a time saver for mommy like me! My child is special needs, and Autistic, so most of my time goes to her obviously! And laundry and chores can get pretty overwhelming! My Laundry Pro Melissa is Top Flight! Not knowing how the laundry service worked I was slow to try it. But then, the clothes, sheets and towels kept pilling up and it was time to do something. I'm seriously blown away by the service. Nicole literally picks up all of my heavy bags and brings them down the stairs herself. She gets it all done so fast and then returns my items to my door (back up the stairs) and they are PERFECTLY folded.
From the seamless pickup and delivery to the excellent communication, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our laundry professional was courteous and responsive, and our clothes came back looking and feeling exceptionally clean. Everything was neatly folded, and the handwritten thank-you note was a wonderful personal touch that made the service feel truly special. This level of care and attention to detail is hard to find.
These people. They just come and take your clothes. And then they bring them back clean! Even if you have, say, four gigantic bags of mixed fabrics you've named Depression Mountain. My laundry person was so sweet and polite, and she didnt blink an eye at my need for bulk laundry services. My clothes are clean and soft like a baby kitty. They smell good, especially compared to my floor. They came back to me folded in tidy stacks of peace, like big, puffy mesh bags of Xanax. Can't recommend enough. #poplinchangedmylife dudes.
