Poor durability and customer support...

The sport watch failed during regular use; the glass scratched easily, and the water resistance was inadequate, even during handwashing. Additionally, the customer support was lacking, with representatives showing unprofessionalism. Exercise caution when considering this brand!

Had issues with strap and clasp order...

I wanted to buy a strap and clasp for a specific model. They sold it to me but I had to follow up for shipping updates. Once received, I took it to a watchmaker, only to find it was missing three screws. While the support team sent the screws promptly, I was surprised they didn't include extras. I went back to the watchmaker, but the original screw on the clasp was stuck. I asked for another screw, but the company ignored my request, costing me extra to solve a problem that should have been straightforward. I love the brand but feel I wasn't treated well for the price I paid. Now I'm hesitant to purchase more products.

Disappointed with the company's quality...

I believed I was buying from a reputable company with quality watches. Unfortunately, I bought a watch at a high price, and from the second month, I faced issues with blurriness. After sending it in for repairs three times, it still doesn’t keep accurate time. Now I have to adjust it weekly. Very unsatisfactory service.

The sport watch couldn't withstand normal wear, the glass scratched far too easily, and the water resistance failed even during handwashing. The customer support was equally disappointing, with local representatives and those from the responsible country displaying a lack of professionalism. Proceed with caution!

Watch kept falling off my wrist...

After swapping the supplied metal strap for a leather one on my watch, a pin kept coming off. Even with new pins, it failed again, causing the hour hand to misalign. Now, it's headed for the bin—what a waste of money.

Difficulties returning watches...

I ordered watches for a gift and was assured on the website that returns were possible. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. The watches didn’t fit, and after initiating a return, two months have passed without resolution. Despite promises from the company, no one has collected the watch. I can’t even print the return label due to a website issue. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered, especially from a well-known brand. I am seriously frustrated and considering drastic measures with the watches if this continues.

Extremely poor customer service...

I received an order that was too large and initiated a return, but I am still waiting for a return label for the courier. I've contacted the company multiple times, but responses take 3-4 days, and I feel ignored. This has been going on for over a month now. I cannot recommend their service.

I've observed that these smartwatches share software with lesser-quality models. Besides the official app, there are alternatives that offer more features. Without well-developed software, I'm skeptical about the accuracy of the watch's measurements. It seems the brand focuses more on aesthetics rather than user experience, and they lack commitment to creating a competitive smartwatch line. For the price, better options exist from more reputable brands.

Avoid purchasing a watch from this brand...

I bought a specific model from this brand and had issues within months. Despite the warranty, they claimed I caused the damage and refused to repair it. They have since stopped responding to my emails. I strongly advise against buying any products from this brand or its associated retailers.
