Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I wouldn't rate this service even 1 star. I faced numerous problems with plan reactivation and unexpected fees, even after visiting the location. Initially, the support team was helpful, but now they refuse to resolve the issues, resulting in a waste of my money. I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I wouldn't rate this service even 1 star. There were numerous problems with plan reactivation and unexpected charges despite visiting the location. Initially, the support team was helpful, but now they refuse to address the issues, wasting my money. I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible internet services

Terrible internet services—don't waste your energy on this. They can activate two data plans on one SIM card; it's a scam aimed solely at getting your money, with no customer service. Scam, scam, scam. Run!

Total waste of money, a scam!

Avoid this service at all costs. The internet speed is virtually non-existent. Loading a simple text-based webpage is a struggle. It's not about my location; they just want your money and nothing more. This service? More like goodbye. Tear the SIM card in half and seek a better provider.

The worst provider ever!

The worst provider ever! They steal money and advertise services they don't deliver, revealing this only after you've paid. The plan was twice as expensive as advertised during the first month. It's completely false advertising, and no one seems to care. After a few months, they charged me while topping up, despite my internet disconnection. Any customer service number costs money, so there's no way to reach them unless you pay, and even then, they stick to their rules. After six months, I quit and will never return or recommend them! It's truly sad... I had a hospital operation and couldn't access the internet or make calls, even after topping up.

Data constantly expires and automatically switches for two euros per 1GB, and there's no way to disconnect.

After subscription ends, they drain your account.

After the monthly subscription expires, they require a top-up within 24 hours to extend, but their website is down, and they continue to drain the remaining balance from your account. They send a message post-factum stating they will keep doing this, relying on technological issues and your inaction. Every IT staff member there seems to lack confidence.
