The ladder is fine but the delivery was slow and the courier company (DX) took much longer than the 1-2 days quoted on the Ladders Direct website. Ladder took a week to arrive, the email from Ladders Direct confirming dispatch, said it was coming by priority overnight service. When I contacted DX, after it hadn't arrived within their timescale (3 days), they said they didn't have a vehicle available that was big enough for the 3.3m ladder to take it out from our local delivery depot! So much for a priority overnight service, more like 6 night service from dispatch to arriving.
