Ladders came and were of good quality but stand off bar didn't come. Required ladders for that week end as site said prompt delivery. Ladders arrived but job made a lot harder without all parts. Emailed and got a generic reply. 48hrs later and still no follow up. Stand off bar has now arrived ready for week end working.
After an initial misunderstanding, laddersdirect were very quick to realize they had an issue with their online service and have apologised, sent out a replacement stepladder and all is well.my thanks to their marketing man for contacting me and sorting this out promptly.
