I ordered a loft hatch from Ladders UK Direct. I had an option of delivery date when I ordered and it arrived on the day chosen. Not a biggy for most but when working full time this is a must for me. The hatch is excellent quality, not a mark on it, the delivery driver was polite and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Ladders UK Direct to anyone.
Scammers 🚨🚨🚨Brought ladders They sent photos saying it was left outside my property and gate, but no signature, no delivery proof. Driver later confirmed it wasn't there. I reported it stolen and asked for a full refund.• Refused refund or replacement.• Communication was rude and dismissive.• Money taken, item never received.WARNING!!! ‼️ Do not trust this company.I've opened a chargeback and reported them to Trading Standard and the police
