The dress is perfect! True to size and excellent quality. It arrived quickly after ordering. I wore it to a wedding and was comfortable and confident the entire evening. It was unique and beautiful! I would definitely recommend to others looking for a unique, timeless piece.
I had a perfect experience. Now a days is really hard to find a place you can buy wedding dresses in a store, because everything is online. Not only because you can try them, but because lady pipa’s employes, help you til you find “the one”, they are super, nice and patience with you, and they give you all the options, colors, sizes and alternatives. Honestly now a days this is what you need. I came out from the store with not just the dress, with 2 dresses. Worth the experience. Thank you so much. They should be comissioned.
I have never left a review before but this service is terrible! The quality of the dress was low and was too big so I requested a return slip which they processed. The dress took 6 days to arrive to the UK, I requested the return shortly after and posted it the next day. They are now saying I am not going to get refunded because from the day of purchase, the day they received the return is 15 days later. The return policy is clearly a scam because it takes over 15 days for postage to and from the UK. I will be taking it to the small claims court if they don't return my refund. If they weren't going to process my refund. Why would they process my return?! I'm now without £180 and could have sold the brand new dress if I wasn't going to get a refund.....
I’m really happy with the dress I ordered — it fit true to size and fell beautifully. I received many compliments while wearing it to a wedding. It’s a stylish and refreshing alternative to more mainstream brands. I also ordered earrings that matched the dress perfectly.I returned two other items and the return process was smooth and hassle-free. I'm especially glad that they ship to Switzerland and allow returns from there — a big plus.
