Return procedure was drawn out, too many emails back and forth just to get an address to send items to.
When items finally sent off and promised a full refund, only partial refund was processed.
Not happy with communication at all and now over $60 out of pocket.
Will not be recommending

Disappointing experience with refund process.

Regrettably, the garment didn't fit, leading to a refund being proposed at different amounts over several emails. Now, weeks later, I'm still pursuing any sort of refund. I keep being told to be patient as it's under review by the accounts team, but after five weeks, I'm still waiting. Very frustrating, and I've lost over A$60.

I used the size guide to choose a top

I used the size guide to choose a top, I was hoping for a properly supportive swimming top because the girls are big, but the wires and fabric are too small for them, while the straps cant be adjusted small enough to give them support anyway. It fits around my middle and thats the only place it fits. My daughters swim wear fits and looks great and the shorts I got are good too, those are the only reason you get 2 stars. Very disappointing when I took actual measurements to make sure I'd get this right.
