Ladypolly is not professional. I purchased bathing suit bottoms that cost $52.80 . I received the wrong ones , and reached out to them right away . They did not respond to me until days later. They had asked me to send a picture of the wrong item , so I did and it has been days and still no answer. Wth here it is now the 18th and nothing. I just want what I purchased . I will never order from Ladypolly again . They are horrible .

Horrible experience with these scam artists. Ordered a dress for my granddaughter and they sent a completely different dress. Claimed to be in LA but they are in China. They insist I pay to return the cheap ugly dress they sent and pay the shipping to f’ing China when they sent the wrong dress intentionally. Will let my credit card company deal with them. Avoid these scam artists at all cost!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
This company is a fraud. When you order an item the only shipping available is Express which cost $20 and then took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was not even close to the dress we ordered and when you look on their website there is no way to return the item. This company is beyond fraudulent....steer clear.
I ordered a beautiful black dress, but it was never delivered. Instead, they sent the wrong item, and when I tried to fix the issue, it was extremely hard to contact customer service. The whole experience felt very shady. I do not recommend buying from this website.
