Do Not Use This Service

I booked and paid for an EPC and Gas safe certificate for the following Wednesday, only to be informed that Gas safe certificates are done on Fridays only. I asked for an immediate refund to book another company, but it was refused by a very rude customer service representative. Do not use this service.

Sadly I never read the reviewsYou get what you paid for!They sent out someone who gave the impression they didn’t know what they were doing?When he came in to inspect He asked no questions Inspected none of the alarms or fire extinguishers Then requested payment ?I paidThen I got a basic generic form stating things that were simply not factual?Especially because I was there watching himPlease please do not use themI should have known because they were available for next day inspection if I paid???They don’t know what they are doingSadly it’s a scam way of making money and we trust them to deliver a professional service which is impossible because they don’t know what they are doing when they inspect This was a waste of money Another reputable company inspected and all fine

Do not use Landlord Certificate London Ltd

I have two modern flats and I hired this company for EICR certificates. They refused to give me any information until I paid them and then they failed both reports. They tried to charge me an additional £825 and £250 for electrical repairs to bring the electrics up to standard. I then hired a qualified electrician to provide the EICR reports and he passed both flats with NO issues! This company is not honest!!! Do not use them.

Do not use this company.Booked for a fire risk assessment for a 3 bed rental flat.The surveyor who came around spent 5 minutes in the flat, asked me no questions about the property . Refused to answer any questions I had regarding work that needed doing to make the property compliant. Instead just kept telling me to 'pay the invoice and then you will get the report'Once the report was received it was a very basic , giving little info and no photos to back it up. Ended up cutting my losses and getting another report done with another company who were much more comprehensive and thorough .

BEWARE - LANDLORD CERTIFICATE LONDON SUSPENDED COMPANY AND ISSUING INVALID CERTIFICATESWARNING - be aware that from 5th - 11th September Landlord Certificate London was SUSPENDED from NAPIT so if you had a certificate issued in that time it is INVALID and you are opening yourself up to a potential £30,000 fine for not having a valid EICR certificate.It doesn't matter if everything checked out and your certificate was a pass, because it says Landlord Certificate London on it and they were suspended in this time, its not valid. They have essentially run away with my money and will not go again to put it right.

Avoid This Cowboy Company!

Avoid This Cowboy Company!Bargain-bucket prices — but you get what you pay for.They sent a teenager in a tracksuit to carry out the ‘survey’ that lasted all of 10 seconds as all they did was push the button on the fire alarm. When questioned if that’s all it entails, they reassured me they were qualified to do this. I remember thinking ‘qualified to push a button?!’ as it was pathetic.They then cant interpret the British Standards accurately and gave the wrong certification.Try to discuss it with them, and you’re diverted to a call centre overseas — incredibly rude staff who simply hang up the phone. On a public review response, they offered compensation and a public apology if another party would certify. We got a council fire surveyor, a registered building control approver AND a different certifier all confirming that LCL’s intrupretation of the British regulations are wrong. We ended up getting it certified accurately by a company 3 times the price, who undertook a proper survey. They measured the locations of the fire alarms, tested the electrical box, asked us if we have our instructions for alarms - all the things which a competent person would ask!When presented with this, LCL responded by shouting on the phone and backtracking on their promise of compensation and apology even though the offer was made in writing. Goes to show how unprofessional they are - it honestly couldn’t get any worse.Stay well away!

Very poor service. No communication. No respect for customer problems customer's time. They take your money in advance and you never hear from them again. Incompetent and unprofessional staff. Useless, incompetent and unprofessional engineers.

Absolutely Dreadful. Will never use again. Strongly discourage you use these cowboys, whose non-customer service agents are based out of the UK and who refuse to offer any service whatsoever.They were booked to do an EICR. The resulting certificate was internally inconsistent- it said an issue on one page and didn't have it in the summary- then they resorted with a sky high price to "rectify" matters, which had not been either mentioned previously in the certificate report nor was it clear what we were paying to rectify.I called their rude, insolent non-customer service agent, who refused to listen - constantly interrupting- to what I was saying and who refused to put me in touch with the certification department so I could have a conversation with them to understand what the issue precisely was.These guys are COWBOYS. They make money on fake unnecessary "remedial" work and therefore offer low upfront EICR assessment costs. DO NOT USE THEM.

Excellent Service by the electricians…

Excellent Service by the electricians with regards to installing new fuse/circuit boards prior to issuing the EICR certificate.Thanks to Adam keeping me updated as well for coordinating the team and getting the job done quickly and at short notice.
