Just to re-iterate again this is not a company "rooted in British traditions" it is a Chinese scam like Amelia and Arthur....do not purchase. There is nothing "British" about this company..nylon and fake items so please please avoid
SCAM CHINESE WEBSITE NOT ENGLISH. Totally fooled by them. Received eventually my item and it was horrendous. Contacted them and like everyone 10% refund or £30-£40 to return and no guarantee I would still get my money back. DID A CHARGEBACK THROUGH MY BANK AND WAS SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRY THE CHARGEBACK TO GET A REFUND.
This company is a SCAM do not buy from them,If you have then dont except there offers of 20%/30%tell them you want a full refund ,I did and told them I was going to report fraud to my bank and i would contact any site they were advertising on that I had got legal advice and gave them 7 days to refund my money after loads of emails in the end they gave me a full refund so stick with it ,
