I wish there was a way to give a review worse than one star.

It’s a scam and I really want to know how to complain. I know my £47 are lost and I will get no return for a cheap product but I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.

How are the allowed to trick people like this.

I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!! Normally I do and returns, but assumed as a U.K company all was good!! Disgusting quality so called coat, and as others have said about returns/refunds . Oh well, learn the hard way. The company wants shutting down importing substandard merchandise.

Very poor quality. SCAM Chinese company, they don't exist in Cambridge. Dreadful service. Contacted them to request a refund, was quoted £30-£40 to send back, REALLY !!!! Very angry with my self for getting caught out, should have read the reviews before buying. Please, please do not buy from them.

scam scam scam (+poor quality)

The company does not PHYSICALLY exist in UK, despite having a lame sob story about a husband and wife duo in Cambridge. I spoke with customer services to verify the store location and it was all fake online. I took a chance on a few items. Despite claiming to be a UK company, from the day of ordering to the day of arriving it took 2 weeks. (!?!?!?) I was alarmed at the size of the parcel (how small and lightweight it was, even though I ordered a coat). The items were of hideous quality, like they were ordered straight from china. (Another Drop shipped e-commerce?) The coat was as thin as a T-shirt it was absolutely hilariously abysmal. I ordered a jumpsuit but it arrived as a 2 piece set, so they couldn’t even get the product page and photos online correct it seems as it should be listed as a 2 piece set. This has FRAUD written all over it in so many ways. It should be shut down for false advertising but unfortunately it’s not the first online “store” I’ve seen doing it. Have complained and requested a refund from their customer services team. I don’t even know if they themselves know the condition/quality/materials etc. of their own items.

I am very very disappointed with myself…

I am very very disappointed with myself for getting ‘caught out’ by this scam. Paying £59.99 for a beautifully described Miranda coat, which was totally false. Material is not structured woven blend neither tailored, warm shape holding or refined. Instead I have been sent a cheap 100% polyester inferior thin material garment. The hem is uneven, pockets gaping, no vent at the back of coat, as described and certainly not a timeless plaid elegant coat fit for city strolls! This monstrous garment is made in China and has nothing whatsoever to do with a beautiful Cambridge shop advertisement with no sign of a passion from a ‘small boutique’ as per photograph with a couple standing in front of the said Langford & Blake shop. Do not buy from this site ~ wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The inferior said Miranda coat will be put in a charity bag or even thrown in the bin. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 👀

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI echo everything else on here.My wife ordered 2 Wool nordic Jumpers. The quality was poor, no label inside other than the washing label which said 100% polyester, no mention of wool.The website indicates Cambridge UK. Reality is China.Returns policy is a joke £30 tp 40 to return an item to China .It's now in the hands of my Credit Card company.

Quality is poor The returns process is explained in an email to you but it states that it can be costly to return items and you pay for postage and any customs charges From my experience I would recommend you do not order from her

The product is expensive and poor quality

The website intimated that you are buying a quality British product. The photo of the jumper I bought showed a beautifully cut wool jumper in lovely muted colours. What actually arrived from China was a patterned 100% polyester sack with sleeves and a neck hole in garish colours. They say that they have a returns policy, but the reality is that there isn't one. I was very stupid not to have read the reviews before purchasing.
