Disappointing experience with delivery

I ordered jeans for a Christmas gift on December 17th with a 48-hour delivery option, but nothing arrived. After following up via email twice, they finally showed up today. Unfortunately, they fit more like skinny jeans than regular ones, so I requested a return. I spent £40 plus £4.95 for delivery, and now I’m expected to pay another £4.95 for return shipping, meaning I'll only get back £34.05. I'm nearly £10 out of pocket for a Christmas gift that didn't arrive. Very unimpressed.

Avoid this company!

I purchased an item on November 24th during the Black Friday sales for Christmas. I ordered in good faith, but after the business closed for the holidays, I emailed on January 5th for a returns form only to be told I was past the 30-day returns window. Despite the circumstances, no refund is being offered. This is shocking treatment from the new management. I won't shop here again, especially during the holiday season.

Frustrating refund experience

I bought a hoodie as a Christmas gift on November 24th. The recipient found it didn't fit at all, being too short in the body. I emailed for a refund, intending to order a replacement, but I was told I was outside the 14-day period and would not receive a refund. It feels unfair to be penalized for planning ahead for Christmas. The item is still new and tagged. I'm very disappointed with this level of service and won't shop here again.

Do not trust this company!

I spent £300 on clothing, and when I returned some items for a refund, they offered me store credit instead. I decided to accept store credit worth £159, but when I tried to use it, there was no way to do so. The company has since gone into administration, and I can't get my money back. Stay away from this company!

Terrible experience with returns

My partner ordered over £200 worth of goods, and we returned £105 of items that didn't fit. I have proof that they received the return on November 28th. However, they've now asked for proof of shipment, which I provided, but they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I'm worried I won't see my money again as they have no customer service contact number. Avoid this company!

Customer service hasn't improved

I gave this company another chance after hearing about new management, but unfortunately, the poor customer service remains unchanged. I did not receive my parcel, yet they insist that I did. I will not be shopping here again.

Consistent quality and service

I've purchased several items over the last couple of years, and today's delivery was just as satisfactory as the first. I ordered two new jackets yesterday, and they arrived within 24 hours. Great quality, stylish design, and very reasonably priced.

Avoid this company at all costs

Don't even consider buying from this company. I returned £224 worth of clothing in October and received confirmation that it was received. I was told to expect payment in 13 days, but nothing arrived. Now the new owners claim the previous management didn't leave funds for refunds. This is a complete scam. Don't give them your business.
