Advice for all of you Beginner Survey Respondents:
"Based on my real experience, you should not involve yourself in registering as online survey participants, because any online survey in the world is based on facts that have committed acts of FRAUD and THEFT of accumulated rewards and personal data. At first they make you happy and smile, but after a while you will be disappointed and frustrated.
So, be careful before you regret it. Stay away from any online survey in this world. There are many honest and promising online jobs besides online surveys.
My review is a criticism based on facts and digital evidence to MOBROG !!!
Since becoming a member of Mobrog and participating in the surveys they offer, although not all of them are suitable for me to participate in the Mobrog survey due to the strict screening process. However, for so long I have been a member of Mobrog, I have never been disappointed when it is my turn to exchange points, they are always paid quickly.
The reasons provided for deactivating my account are not accurate. My account was disabled without any explanation. Please do not misrepresent the situation. The real issue was that I was completing 4 to 5 surveys daily and earning money. Additionally, when I reached out to the customer service team, their response took an astonishing 5 days! After 2 weeks, I still have not received any clarification regarding the deactivation. Clearly, this indicates that the company lacks professionalism. A 5-day wait for a customer response is unprecedented.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This feels like a scam! I receive many false alerts via email, sometimes up to 20 daily. One out of three surveys isn't even acknowledged, despite completing them fully. Disqualifications happen right after providing initial information. When it's time to claim rewards, they offer various excuses to avoid payment and can even close your account. Complaints are dismissed. The value of prizes has decreased, while the time to complete tasks has increased. They seem to be hoarding more money.
There seems to be a recurring issue with payment delays when I request a withdrawal. Recently, I’ve been informed that my rewards are delayed, requiring me to contact support before receiving my payment. Initially, payments were swift. Many others have shared similar frustrations. The service needs to address this issue, as it's tiring to send emails for every withdrawal.
