I chatted with a woman named Julie and a man named Nick, and they both disappeared after I asked a few questions about my messages not going through. When I inquired if this was a dating site, Nick confirmed, but when I asked how I could take a girl out without exchanging contact information, he ended the chat. I requested a refund and received no response. I’ve never encountered a website run this way, as if the support team monitors everything you type, and once you start to connect with someone, they block your messages. This needs to stop, and I will be seeking legal counsel for false advertising soon.
Update: The company confirmed that my account was fully and permanently closed and issued a refund. While the financial matter was resolved, my account was banned after I raised concerns, without a clear explanation. I’m sharing this for transparency so others understand how concerns are addressed.
