I ordered a teething roller and gel for babies' gums on November 11th, and now it’s been a month without any delivery. I've tried to reach out via email since there’s no phone number available, and I'm beginning to think this might be a scam. It's incredibly disappointing...
If I could give them a minus 20 stars I would. This is the biggest crock of crap I've ever dealt with. Like the others, said the product was shipped, then 3 weeks later another e-mail saying it was shipped. When I get it, if I do it's going directly in the trash.
I wouldn’t give this company any stars if I could. I have tried to cancel my subscription many times and never received a response until the 4th email. They sent me a link to cancel, but the link would never work. I sent multiple more emails and had no response. The customer service is awful. There is no phone number to call and they will not get back to me. I simply want yo cancel before they rob me of more money. If anyone that reads this can help, please do. I used the teething roller, but not sure it helped. I probably would try more products, if I didn’t get the run-around from the company. Please do not purchase products with a subscription. It is virtually impossible to cancel.
Horrible. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The teething roller oil smelled like straight water and no oil came out of the roller. I tried to get out of the subscribe and save only to be met with “30% and 50% off additional offers”. In order to actually have them cancel my subscription, I was told I would have to pay the difference of the regular priced items and the subscribe and save price, then send them confirmation that I had paid, then they would evaluate canceling my subscription. After I gave extreme push back to that request, I was ghosted. NEVER buy anything from this joke of a company. Also the label on the roller was written in two different languages. Talk about sketchy.
I got my order - which I ordered thought the shop app on 11/3- then got a notice another order was shipping 12/3. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. SUBSCRIPTION at the time of ordering-- I have emailed and no response. Impossibel to cancel the subscripton through the shop app ( which send you directly to the store) and npo waty to cancel in the store website. reported to BBB but meh-- I will need to cancel my card and get a replacement My bad for ever ordering from them. DO NOT ORDER from NAINLEY BABY-
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS DANGEROUS FOR YOUR BABY. They lie about what is in the product. It is not all natural and there's no coconut oil. Here is the truth:1. 20% Essential Oil (Camellia)For infants:-Safe dilution for essential oils is 0.1%–0.25% at 6 months.-Your product contains 20%, which is 100× stronger than infant-safe limits.-Essential oils at this level can irritate:gums, lips, stomach lining if licked, airways 2. 10% Paracress ExtractThis is the biggest problem.-Paracress (Spilanthes acmella) contains spilanthol, which:-Numbs the mouth-Causes tingling, salivation, and local anesthesia-Is used in adult toothache drops and “spicy numbing” beauty productsFor infants:-It can interfere with feeding-Increase choking risk-Change their swallowing patterns-Make them drool excessively-Cause distress because they can’t understand why their mouth feels “wrong”-Can cause lung inflammation 3. Glycerin + Squalane BaseThese are not harmful alone, but:-Glycerin does not properly dilute essential oils-Squalane is safe on skin, but not designed for mucous membrane exposure or ingestion in infants4. Babies lick EVERYTHING-Anything rolled on their jawline, cheeks, or around the mouth will end up in their mouth.-Even if the product says “apply along the jawline,” teething-age babies:-Rub their faces-Put their hands in their mouth-Salivate heavily-Spread products into their mouths unintentionally-So even “external use only” products must be formulated with infant ingestion in mind. This formula is not. This company is selling a product that is NOT SAFE for babies. I want to sue the crap out of them.
I have had the worst experience with this company. The customer service and their website is horrible. When you try to cancel a subscription on their website they give a very confusing and convoluted way to get to your subscription page to cancel (it can only be found in your original confirmation email). Then once you're there and hit cancel, it says something about emailing their support in order to actually cancel it. There's no way to do it on your own. I even tried deleting my card info and my billing address, but it didn't work. I emailed Nainley twice, weeks before my next subscription came out and never heard back from them. Then, I got a notification that my next subscription payment was going to come out, so I emailed them AGAIN for the third time, as well as sent them a message on their website, and Facebook page. The item was still "Unfulfilled" so I figured if I could try one more time, we could get it cancelled. NOPE. I finally got a response from someone saying they were sorry I didn't want to continue to product and asked me why. I gave them a nice and honest answer, and then they emailed me back with "we've cancelled your order but cannot refund your payment for the last order since it's already been shipped." NOPE again. It was not my fault they didn't respond in the last four weeks I had been emailing them, and it was not my fault that since responding to me, the package magically was now Shipped. NOT good customer service. I have since then tried to reconcile with them on this refund, but they have ignored me once again. Just want to share my story so no one else has to go through this!EDIT: Shortly after posting a bunch of reviews with my story, I received an email saying they'd refund me. I am getting my money back... but what a frustrating process.
