Review Time
I chose to order from this company as it was the most competitive price, but that was the only plus point. I received this invitation to review, 2 days after placing the order, but the order had not arrived, so not sure how they expect a rating when the order had not even been delivered!!!Delivery was stated as 3-5 business days, which was fine, I would hoped it would have been sooner rather than later. However by the 5th day I had heard noting and there was no way of progress chasing the order on line with an expected delivery date and time (most suppliers do offer this), so I rang the customer to enquire when it would be coming and was told between 1pm and 2pm that day, by 2.30pm no sign of it, so rang again to be told it was on it's way and maybe it had held up in traffic, but the depot is only 20 minutes from here, if that was the case then maybe someone could have called me. Eventually it arrived around 3.30pmVery disappointed, in hindsight, I would rather have paid the extra to another supplier and have a more reliable delivery service.
